What happens if the car breaks down in the middle of my delivery?
Geolah prioritizes well-maintained vehicles, and drivers are reminded to send them for regular servicing and inspection. In the event your car breaks down, you will need to end the trip.
Is there any insurance coverage in the event of an accident?
Each Geolah ride includes basic coverage for customers of up to S$20,000 for accidental death and permanent disablement. Partner drivers are automatically covered under WICA.
