What must I do to be covered?
Nothing! All driver- and delivery-partners of Geolah will automatically be eligible for WIC insurance from the time you pick up a customer or item, to the time you drop them off/deliver them.
Am I still covered if I am no longer a Geolah driver or delivery-partner?
No, your WICA coverage will lapse if you are no longer a Geolah Driver- / Delivery-Partner.
What types of incidents does WICA cover for Geolah drivers?
WICA covers injuries resulting from accidents during your service for Geolah and diseases contracted while providing services, as defined under the Act.
What benefits can I claim under WICA as a Geolah driver?

How is the compensation amount determined for Geolah drivers?
Compensation is based on your average monthly earnings, the severity of the injury, and the guidelines under WICA.
Are there any exclusions under Geolah’s WICA coverage?
Exclusions include injuries caused by your negligence, acts of war, or while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
What happens if I cannot work temporarily due to a work injury?
If you are unable to work while recovering, you are entitled to compensation for lost earnings, calculated based on your average income during your service with Geolah.
Is there a time limit for reporting work injuries to Geolah?
Yes, you should report any incidents as soon as possible to ensure timely processing of your claim. Delays might affect eligibility.
If I got injured while working with Geolah, can I claim under WICA and my personal insurance?
You can only claim under one insurance policy at a time. If you file your claim through Geolah, we’ll submit it under WICA. You can file additional claims under other policies only after the WICA limit is reached.
